Back 2 School 2008-09 in Ms. Z’s class!

In Ms. Zarrinnam’s class, we will be doing art, making our own versions of famous paintings, and also learn about the art we are discussing. For 6th grade camp, we are going to Raintree Ranch, the sister camp of Camp Marston, located in the mountains of Julian. We will be departing at 9:00 in the morining on Monday, February 2 and returning on Friday, February 6, 2009. Admission costs $200, but the District is paying 50% of it and your parents pay the other 50%, so it will be only be $100 for admission. This year in 2009, we will be doing EduDance and dance some moves like the Tango, Cha Cha, Foxtrot, Merengue, and other dance moves that may help you be physical. So this year, get up and have some fun this in the amazing Ms. Zarrinnam’s 6th grade class! Bye!

End of the Year Events!

Tomorrow, my class will be taking a field trip to Balboa Park’s iMax Theater to watch ANCIENT EGYPT in their dome venue! We will be leaving Palmer Way at 9:00 a.m. and returning at 2:00 pm. On Wednesday, June 4, we will be going to Chula Vista’s Brunswick Bowling Alley to enjoy two hours of unlimited bowling, $5 of arcade tokens, unlimited billiard, and lunch (pizza, soda, and ice cream!) for a mere $20.00! Transportation for both field trips is free!! Hope to see you there!
